This workshop includes:
SCIENCE - understanding the stress response on the mind and body
YOGA - designed to de-stress your whole self, dissolving tension as you move easily through the flow. Includes fun partner poses and Bed Yoga too.
MINDFULNESS - breathing techniques to reduce anxiety eg the hot choc breath
ZEN DEN - calm the mind into deep relaxation
£40 per hour, max 20 spaces at your school / £15pp at the YogaMango Studio, Claygate, max 8 spaces.
